Developed and delivered by Kaja Krawczyk and accredited by LCCH International, the training brings together modern psychological insight and proven hypnobirthing technique. Kaja’s Master’s research examined the relationship between hypnobirthing and birth satisfaction, forming the academic foundation for this training.

Kaja Krawczyk — Clinical Hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing Trainer
Kaja Krawczyk is a Clinical Hypnotherapist with a Master’s degree from the University of West London and a certified KG Hypnobirthing Instructor. She is the creator of the Hypnobirthing International Instructor Training programme, now delivered in collaboration with LCCH International®.
Kaja’s postgraduate research focused on the impact of hypnobirthing on women’s confidence in their ability to give birth, and her approach blends clinical experience with a strong academic foundation. She has trained over 250 perinatal professionals across Europe and is passionate about promoting respectful, woman-centred maternity care.
She is the author of Hypnobirthing Made Simple: How to Overcome Fear and Embrace Birth with Confidence, and the founder of the birth.expert platform, which brings together professionals dedicated to supporting conscious, physiological birth. Alongside her international teaching work she supports couples in Kraków, Poland.
