Questions

Practitioner Diploma FAQs

No. Whether you are seeking to train as a hypnotherapist or simply have an interest in this fascinating subject, this course is open to you. You do not need any previous experience of hypnosis or related subjects.

Because hypnotherapy involves working with members of the public. The interview — at our offices in London or via video call — establishes your understanding of spoken and written English, and checks whether there are any medical reasons that need to be taken into consideration before accepting you onto the programme.

Yes. You can attend live online in the classroom rather than in person in London. It is the same live session either way, and practice sessions are always overseen by your lecturer or supervisor.

Assessment runs through the course: tasks and assignments, self-directed research, a clinical case study, and a minimum of four personal tutorials. There is a separate examination fee of £225 including VAT, payable on examination day.

The £3,200 fee includes VAT and all core course materials, the ten teaching weekends and access to the online e-learning facility. Examination and tutorial fees, professional association membership and indemnity insurance are additional — see the fees section above.

Yes. A 10% earlybird discount applies if you book four weeks or more in advance.
